Dr. Parag Parekh, M.D., is a distinguished ophthalmologist specializing in comprehensive eye care, cataract surgery, LASIK, and glaucoma management. He earned his B.S. and M.S. from Johns Hopkins University and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Further enhancing his expertise, Dr. Parekh obtained an M.S. from Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government, focusing on health policy, economics, and management.
Dr. Parekh completed his residency at the prestigious Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye Institute and pursued a fellowship at Minnesota Eye Consultants, where he specialized in cataract surgery, LASIK, cornea surgery, and glaucoma surgery. Since 2011, he has been a pillar of the medical community in Central and Western Pennsylvania, having previously practiced in Massachusetts with clinical appointments at Harvard/Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary and Tufts/New England Eye Center.
